We are pleased to make available to our membership the opportunity to participate in our Group Insurance Program offered through Sirius Benefit Plans based here in Winnipeg.  With over 15 years of expertise in the Group Insurance Association Plan business and with over 8,000 satisfied members, Sirius will be able to offer our membership a number of very exciting benefits:
 
I.  All companies which are current members of the Manitoba Electrical League will receive a 6% discount off standard rates.
 
II.  A full range of benefits is available including Group Life Insurance, Dependent Life, Long Term Disability, Weekly Indemnity, Medical, Vision Care, and Group Critical Illness.
 
III. Companies with 1 to 9 employees – have unique protection via “Full Pooling”.  This means premium rates will not be increased if claims are higher than anticipated.
 

IV.  Companies with 3 or more employees will be able to obtain coverage on a non-medical basis.

 

V.    Companies with existing benefits that provide claims experience and rate history can obtain higher discounts than those shown above. (applicable to companies with 5+ employees only)

 

VI.  Local office support for claims service.

 

VII.  Cost “Plus” benefits are available allowing participating companies to use “before tax” dollars to pay for any Medical/dental expenses incurred that may not be covered by their existing group insurance plan.

  

VIII.    Local sales support that has over 30 years of group insurance experience
