The M.E.L. Fall Classic Pro-am was held again this year at Pine Ridge.

The course was in excellent shape and unlike the cool, rainy weather of the last couple of months, it was a perfect day for golf.  The Pro-am/scramble format, inaugurated last year was a proven winner as the tournament was sold out 45 minutes after distribution of the announcement.

Sponsorships and prize donations were at an all-time high and we'd like to give special recognition to those companies that keep this tournament, not only alive, but one of the best in Manitoba

We hope that next time you're putting together a business deal, you'll remember the companies that made such a strong contribution to this tournament and, by extension, to CancerCare Manitoba.

The total raised for the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation this year was just ov er $10,000.00 and we thank not only the sponsors but all participants for their contributions.
